The support department can help you with that.  You don&#039;t really need a user name &amp; password for the application download site.  You can access the applications downloads by simply opening up your application mapping,  select the file menu &gt; import applications.  This will take you directly to the application download site.  If you are not sure, or need additional help, simply call our support department at 888-634-4464, option 2 and they can walk you right through the process.]]></description>
