This year’s NAMSS Educational Conference has proven to be a great year for attendance.  Officials estimate that over 1200 registered attendees have descended onto the Anatole Hilton Hotel in Dallas Texas this year.  And another 300 are attending the virtual conference being held online.  The hard working staff at NAMSS has done a tremendous job of putting this event together.

IntelliSoft is proud to have taken a leadership role by becoming an Elite Sponsor this year.  ”It is a privilege and an honor to help support the efforts of NAMSS” says Mike Melville, President of IntelliSoft Group.

The venue is, in a word, enormous!  The hotel is beautiful, with two towering atriums.  And the conference rooms are very comfortable to be sitting in for lengthy periods of time.  “I’m very impressed with the quality of the educational tracks” said Sarah Emery, Vice President of IntelliCVO & Development, and first time attendee.

Lynne O’Connor, Director of Operations agrees; “In addition to the excellent training opportunities, it’s a wonderful chance to catch up with people we haven’t seen in a while, as well as making some new friends.”

So far, we haven’t had a winner come forward with the Golden Ticket to claim our $500 AMEX card.  But the Willy Wonka style chocolate bars are proving to be very popular.  I really thought we would get a winner yesterday.

Ron Eiseman, Regional Sales Manager has been kept busy answering questions about IntelliCred, IntelliApp & IntelliCVO.  He remarked that “we’ve had a tremendous amount of traffic stop by at the booth.  People are really interested in the products IntelliSoft has to offer.”

Donna Goestenkors will be at the booth to promote her new book, “The MSP Career Guidebook”.  Be sure to stop by the booth and say “Hi.”

Tuesday night IntelliSoft Group is sponsoring the big social event being held at Eddie Deen’s Ranch!  It will feature live entertainment, an open bar and buffet and even armadillo races!  It’s going to be great fun!

The HITSE Conference, held on October 26 and 27 in Westborough, MA, is happening next week. A conference focused on communication and collaboration among professional medical service providers and vendors that serve the healthcare industry, it will be a great event to connect both sides of the industry.

The IntelliSoft Group team will be at the conference next Tuesday and Thursday at booth #116. We look forward to meeting other industry experts, attending the panel discussions, and learning how other organizations are contributing at this time.

The conference program will be separated into two categories. First, the HITSE Sponsored Education sessions will feature topics such as MEDITECH 6.0, Revenue Cycle Improvement and Meaningful Use. The other additional sessions will discuss topics such as EMR patient access to electronic medical information, and medical information management.

The IntelliSoft team is excited to be a Platinum Sponsor at the NAMSS 34^th Annual Conference.  NAMSS is a great organization dedicated to promoting patient safety and improving the overall quality of care. We feel the technology we deliver supports these goals.

This year’s conference will be held October 2-6 in Orlando, FL.

IntelliSoft will be involved in a number of activities supporting the conference:

- We will be showcasing a display booth (#200) in the exhibit hall.

- Our team will demonstrate our Credentialing, Provider Enrollment, and Contract Management software.

- We will sponsor a reception (all welcome) on the evening of Tuesday, October 5^th.  The reception time is 6:30- 8:30pm.  IntelliSoft will host an open bar with Cocktails, Wine, Beer and soft drinks.  A variety of hors d’oeuvres and snacks will be served. 

- IntelliSoft is also the sponsoring the keynote speaker on Monday, October 4^th. This year’s keynote speaker is Jeanne Robertson, a humorist.

-  Our CEO, Mike Melville, will be in attendance.
